a) Information you provide directly

• Name and email address — when you sign up for a free guide, newsletter, or save your quiz result.
• Quiz answers — your responses to 6 questions about hormones, sleep, energy, and related wellness topics, plus your email to deliver the result.
• Messages you send us — emails to hello@reignher.com or via any contact form we add.

b) Information collected automatically

• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, time on page, and referring URL.
• Cookies and similar tech: Small text files for essential functions, analytics, and affiliate tracking (see Section 5).
• Affiliate click metadata: When you click an affiliate link, our network may log a click ID (e.g., tid, affiliate ID) to credit any later purchase. We do not see your payment details.

We do not collect sensitive health records, government IDs, or financial information directly.

• Send the free guides and resources you requested.
• Deliver your personalized quiz result and related context.
• Send educational emails you opted into — you can unsubscribe anytime.
• Improve the site: understanding which topics are helpful, fixing bugs, and measuring performance.
• Track affiliate clicks and commissions through our affiliate networks so we can keep the site free.
• Respond to your messages and support requests.
• Security, fraud prevention, and compliance with law.

We do not sell your personal data. Never have, never will.

We process your data only when we have a lawful reason:

• Consent — when you enter your email for a guide, quiz result, or newsletter.
• Legitimate interest — site analytics, security, and improving our content.
• Contract — delivering what you asked for, like a guide or email response.
• Legal obligation — if law requires it.

We use three kinds of cookies:

You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings. If you block all cookies, parts of the site may not work.

We only share what is needed to run the site:

• Service providers: Buildy platform hosting, Buildy Contacts / CRM for email storage, Supabase for image/file storage, and our email delivery provider.
• Affiliate networks: ClickBank (including our affiliate ID jlm777) and Thorne via AspireIQ / Ambassador (via get.aspr.app links). They receive click data for attribution, not your full email unless you purchase directly on their site under their own privacy policy.
• Analytics: Aggregated, anonymized stats from hosting or analytics tools we may use.
• Legal: If required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights and safety.

Again: we do not sell your personal data to third parties.

6. Data retention

• Email contacts: Kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
• Quiz answers: Stored with your email to personalize your experience. We may aggregate answers anonymously (e.g., "38% of respondents report sleep issues") after removing identifiers.
• Logs and analytics: Technical logs are kept up to 12–24 months, then deleted or anonymized.

Wherever you are, you can:

• Access: Ask what data we hold about you.
• Correct: Ask us to fix inaccurate data.
• Delete: Ask us to delete your data.
• Unsubscribe: Click unsubscribe in any marketing email. We process unsubscribes within 10 days.
• Object or limit processing: In certain circumstances.

California (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We have not sold personal information in the past 12 months.

EU/UK (GDPR)

If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you also have rights to data portability and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

To exercise any right, email hello@reignher.com with the subject "Privacy Request." We will respond within 30 days.

8. Email marketing

You receive emails from us only if you opted in via a free guide signup, quiz result delivery, or newsletter form. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link in the footer. You can also unsubscribe by emailing hello@reignher.com.

We follow CAN-SPAM. Our emails identify ReignHer as the sender and include a way to opt out.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures through our hosting providers (Buildy / Supabase) to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep your information safe.

10. Children's privacy

ReignHer is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Third-party links and affiliate sites

ReignHer contains affiliate links to third-party sites such as ClickBank and Thorne. When you leave our site, those sites have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices. Please review their policies before providing personal information on their sites. See our Affiliate Disclosure for more on how affiliate links work.

12. International transfers

Your data is processed primarily in the United States where our hosting providers operate. If you access the site from outside the US, you consent to this processing. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers where required.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our site, laws, or affiliate partners change. We will post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date. If changes are material, we will note it at the top of the page. Continued use after an update means you accept the new policy.
